Warranty and Service

For some (but not all!) types of goods offered on the website https://vebahome.com/, an appropriate guarantee applies. The warranty period for such products is indicated on the website in the card of the corresponding product in the “characteristics” section in the “warranty” line or in the warranty card in the product packaging. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale.


Regardless of the production guarantee, the Seller is responsible for the non-compliance of consumer goods with the sales contract in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Serbia.


Complaints are submitted in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the site. If a manufacturing defect or malfunction of the product is discovered during the warranty period, you have the right to a full refund for the purchased product, as well as, by agreement of the parties, to repair or exchange of the defective product!


If a warranty case occurs, in addition to a full refund for the order, we will compensate you for transportation costs both upon receipt and upon return of the goods. Also, if possible and by agreement of the parties, we can offer you to repair the product or exchange it for another product of your choice from the range on our website with a corresponding price adjustment up or down. To do this, you need to send the completed form (it will be sent to you as soon as we receive an email with the corresponding request from you) to our email address general@veba.rs. Please indicate “Return/Warranty” in the subject line of the email and include the following information:


subject of complaint

preferred method of resolving a complaint

accordingly declared amount

address, telephone and email for communication


Also attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:


1. invoice;


2. protocols, acts, photographs or other documents establishing the non-compliance of the goods with those agreed upon;


3. other documents confirming the claim based on the grounds and amount.


We will try to respond to you as quickly as possible (but no more than 5 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint) during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:30).


We will inform you which shipping company you can return the item to and to which address.


As soon as we receive the defective item, we will notify you at the email address you provided. Refunds are made after receiving the goods and further checking them within 1-2 business days!


Check the product immediately after receiving it! If you receive an item with visible damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately. We will help you as quickly as possible in this situation.
