All prices in the online store are indicated without VAT. PLEASE NOTE that according to the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, when selling goods abroad, the seller does not charge the buyer local customs duties and VAT. At the same time, the authorities of the country where the goods are received may levy their own taxes and fees in accordance with local legislation. Please check the regulations of the country you are receiving the product in advance. At the same time, according to the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, when selling goods within the country, we are required to add local VAT to the cost. Therefore, when you select Serbia as the country of delivery for an item in your shopping cart, VAT charged by the Republic of Serbia will be automatically added to the cost of the item.

On our website you can pay for your order in the shopping cart by choosing one of the payment methods:

• PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

After selecting the payment method "PAYMENT BY BANK CARD" and clicking the "Place an order" button in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the payment system website. On it you can safely make payments with a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank card, using Internet banking or electronic money. After placing your order, you will receive an email notification of your order. Within 1-2 business days, we will collect and pack your order and send it by transport company to the delivery address you specified. We do not send money transfer confirmation automatically. As a rule, payment systems themselves send confirmation of debiting funds. The payment system may charge a commission for transactions, check this information with the bank branches or on the websites of the payment systems in your country!

• PAYMENT ONLINE PAYPAL

After selecting the Paypal online payment method and clicking the Checkout button in your shopping cart, you will be redirected to the Paypal payment system website. Once logged in, you can make a secure payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank card or using funds in your Paypal account. After placing your order, you will receive an email notification of your order. Within 1-2 business days, we will collect and pack your order and send it by transport company to the delivery address you specified. We do not send money transfer confirmation automatically. As a rule, payment systems themselves send confirmation of debiting funds. The payment system may charge a commission for transactions, check this information with the bank branches or on the websites of the payment systems in your country!

•   OTHER PAYMENT METHOD

The "Other payment method" option is offered when a site visitor would like to discuss his/her own convenient payment method. For example, in some cases this may be payment upon receipt of goods or payment through an offline terminal for accepting payments from bank cards. After selecting the "Other payment method" option and placing your order in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to a page on the site confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed. We will then contact you within 1-2 business days. This payment method is suitable both for those who find it more convenient to pay by bank transfer, and for those who find it more convenient to pay by any other method, but not online. After placing your order, you will receive an email notification of your order. After agreeing on payment details, within 1-2 business days we will collect and pack your order and send it by transport company to the delivery address you specified.

• PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT

If you choose the non-cash payment option to our bank account, we will issue an invoice to the individual or legal entity. For convenient and expedited order processing, please indicate the payer details necessary for issuing an invoice in the "Comment" field in the shopping cart. You can also send them to us by email at general@veba.rs. We will then send you a proforma invoice. Within 1-2 business days after receiving payment into our bank account, we will collect and pack your order and send it by transport company to the delivery address you specified.

• CASH PAYMENT

If you prefer to pay for your items in cash, you can visit our store/warehouse during business hours and pay on the spot. Please notify us in advance of the time of your visit.
