Exchange and return

We always strive to provide our customers with peace of mind in any choice they make with us. That's why we make it clear that you can return an item within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to indicate any reason why you want to do this, simply email us at general@veba.rs about your desire to return the item and order details:

contents and cost of the order

details of the person who made the order

details of the person who accepted the delivery

date of delivery

and we will give you your money back. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping or any associated costs. Please note that you must send the item back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We may delay refunds until we actually receive the returned item. When returning the product must be in the original packaging, without signs of use or damaged presentation. You can also submit a claim to us for any non-conformity of the product if such discrepancy is found after delivery. We will replace or repair, free of charge, any defective product that is covered by the warranty within 30 days of your complaint being submitted to us, including shipping charges. If the item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so that we can take necessary corrective action.
